My late 2012 makes a noise with the steering rack if I sit stationary with the car off and turn the wheel left and right, otherwise I don't notice any other noise when the car is running and power steering is active and therefore I won't bother mentioning it to my dealer.
I would only mention it if I was experiencing the same noise whilst I was driving and even then it would have to be obvious as I tend to be a bit picky when it comes to having the dealer take my car to pieces!
