2011 X3 28i with N52 engine. 84k miles now, purchased as a demo with 6k miles on it. The only out-of-warranty problems have been LED tail lights going out and coolant expansion tank replacement. I had a pre-mature battery failure and some faded exterior trim/weather-stripping that was covered under warranty. Otherwise, just routine maintenance items- tires, brakes, fluids, etc.
