I've been told the same thing. I'm very type A, and even when I'm busy I'm thinking about other things I want to be doing. It's kind of a problem and likely one of the triggers for my migraines. Like whenever I'm on this forum for example (except when I'm using the mobile app) I'm usually on my work laptop running 2 or 3 other things at the same time.
