With the car started and the key away from the sensors, the horn will sound on my X3 - I assumed sure its part of the new keyless security BMW introduced to alert people when the vehicle is started and doesn't have the key in it.
As soon as the key goes out of range, the horn will sound twice. Then it keeps happening every 15-20 seconds until the key comes back into range... |
Hold the key into the front window when locking, then the car think the key is inside and no honking
