I did mine tonight and found you don't need to go to all the trouble taking apart the cradle itself, just follow the instructions to pull out the bin, then just follow the cables from the cradle down into the console and pull them a bit to find the connectors and just disconnect at that end, much easier than taking apart the cradle.

That would be much easier. I pulled a little bit and didn't see any connectors, but good to know for anyone doing it in the future.
