Today I've spoken again with my local BMW dealer (a BMW representative dealer - just wanted to clarify this - he's not a multi-brand dealer) and said to trust his work experience and info, mentioning that code 165 remains so until it lands off the ship. After that, it will be updated to either 181 or 182.
Later, I verified and found this list that was translated from german.
A few pages ago, I shared a screenshot with my car details. Code 165 was received on 9/May. I really hope it is sailing right now.
