Are you guys suggesting this is less useful than I'm expecting? And just throw AS's on one set?

Edit: I'm really struggling to figure out best tires for the 21" wheels, so trying to put it all together. Every tire seems to have sh*t reviews for treadwear if you read long enough
Wear expectations with performance summer tires used to be 10k miles! I believe the PS4S are the first and best to expect longer tread life but I've only had them once and traded before they wore out. Unfortunately with 20" rims, I just had to get the PS4 SUV with a lower tread rating but at least they're warrantied for 20k miles.

In the northeast or snowy climates, switching from summers to winters gives you the best of both needs. All season is a compromise winter and summer.
Plus switching out 3 months of the year extends the useful life of the summer tires. In the end, after 3-4 years, the winter set may almost pay for themselves. EG in 4 years, either needing 3 sets of summer tires, or 2 sets summer and 1 set winters, saving money.
