Honestly stick with stock pads, if you watch engineering explained's video online you can see a clear example of how you get what you pay for with brake pads and OEM are generally the best value. See if there is a BMW Value Line kit for your car, its the pads and sensor for something like $100-120. The rotors are up to you, obviously for cosmetic reasons you said you want drilled and slotted so just go with what you think is best. Also, you may have an M Sport car but it is not an X3 M (an actual model now with the G01)
