You have to move it from corner to corner once a month.
Important: go clockwise (RF>RR>LR>LF) in the Northern Hemisphere and CCW (RF>LF>LR>RR) if you're in the Southern Hemisphere. If you're based on the equator, you don't need winter tires (or all-seasons for that matter).
And, don't forget to reset your TPM.
