I am not sure from when free USB updates were include on UK spec pro nav cars. You can check on the Connected Drive portal - USB map updates will show as a booked service if you are eligible. If not, as Shawn says, you can get them updated with help from this forum.

Have you a screen dump to show us? I have looked through all the services in my connected drive account and there is nothing in there that allows me to purchase it. Not that I would! I have everything except for:
Online Entertainment Voucher (no thanks)
Internet (no thanks).
Mine was a top spec ex BMW Managers car with many many extras that I purchased at the 10 month from new point. In fact all services are booked and paid for by BMW and expire on 24 December 2016.
