It is my understanding that over-the-air updates require an EVO head unit, whereas I have NBT. But nevertheless, my ConnectedDrive page shows me having free USB map updates for 3 years, and I have already successfully updated from 2015-2 to 2016-1. So I am reasonably confident that I should be able to get 2016-2, but I am not sure when or how.

Nick, I have my car going in for a Boot lock change next week, its a 2014 plate x3, so do you reckon I could ask them to do a FREE MAP update while it's in?
