Easy to install. Works perfect. Heat and haptics work fine. I don't have active cruise, but the wiring harness is the same for either version and all functions work fine (except that the follow distance control button doesn't do anything in my car).
I purchased to replace stock wheel in MY2018 X3 M40i. They short-changed us and gave a standard wheel in place of an M-sport.
