Got a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All season tires fitted to my X3M last week (in stock sizes).
So far, seems like a big upgrade over the Conti's that the car came with. I notice no reduction in dry handling performance and wet traction is excellent. Tire Rack tested the tires in light snow, and they outperformed "best in class" AS tires by a wide margin:

Initially the ride was a bit harsh with 33 psi front, 38 psi rear, but after reducing to 32 psi front, 35 psi rear the ride seems much better.
