Sorry to hear that! I wonder if you tried closing the trunk by pulling the trunk door button by the driver door.
I've never experienced that problem but I always park at least the 1st green distance indicator (looking at the rear camera while parking) away from the wall or any other obstacle. By doing that if the car decides to open the trunk door on its own at least the door won't hit anything.
