2017 X4 M40i

Thank you for the vids. I recently tuned the wifes 2017 X4 M40i and around the same time added a VRSF charge pipe. Her stock charge pipe had blown about a month before the tune, so for the week we had the stock CP on there I had the same issue I'm about to explain:

I added the BM3 N55 OTS Stage 1, 93 Oct. At WOT at about 6500 rpm, I get a turbo stutter, like I've hit a wall, then at 7000 rpm when the gear shifts it goes away. I recall having a similar issue on my E70 X5M years ago with a tune, but always blamed that crappy 6sp trans. I can paddle shift at 6500 and no issues, it's just that last little 500 rpm surge. I tried to go back in and see if I loaded the Stg 1, 91 Oct if it would do it, but I'm not going to buy another license for that. I have a tuned 2015 N55 Stage 1, 93 Oct, 335i now and do not have this issue. Now she thinks her car is going to blow up or something Thoughts?
