For now im running the AC as much as possible for an actual problem to arise hopefully the AC goes completely out that way it motivates me to actually drop the cash for a new AC. But until then it manages to pump cool air in the car with a very annoying sound.

Time will tell and I will upload and post update once I have one. I also have a problematic second child (E90) that owns the other half of my wallet

Thanks for any help and educated guesses
If the compressor is going bad, it could be sending internal compressor debris throughout the rest of the a/c system causing substantial additional expensive repairs. I recommend having a professional diagnose the noise to make sure it's not causing more damage to the system.
