Hi to all, Wife recently purchased a used 2018 X3 - 30i...
it came with 1 regular FOB key and Display key, (Display key is DEAD, screen is cracked, even after leaving it charged over night still has no sign of life- maybe fell in water) Dealer promised to replace it. I argued to have both replaced (Display Key and missing FOB) but was unsuccessful, So had them replace the display key. What's my best option to purchase the other FOB key, I find display key big and bulky and I can't even attach it to my key chain without having to buy an additional holder.
I'm not planning to spend another $500.00 plus tax and plus programming fees.
