Definitely go with non-run flats if your looking for ride comfort. It's too bad your country doesn't have Continental DWS06 or Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3's. These two tires go head to head in comparison and are considered the best bang for your buck.

I don't know much about Bridgestone Turanza T005A and Yokohama advan V105. I personally run the Michelin's and my F25 is smooth as butta even at really high speeds.
