Really impressed with skid and 0-60, 1/4 mile

But a little surprised at 5-60 time of 4.6 (slower than the other SUVs they tested a while ago by a decent margin) and also the top gear times look slower than Mercedes and Alfa. Maybe that's the "turbo lag", makes sense as launch control revs engine to avoid the lag. Also makes sense now why my M3 felt about same or quicker without using launch control (had 5-60 times of 4.2-4.4 in tests).

Still amazing numbers and I have no regrets on trading my M3 for the X3M.

The grip is amazing, as the numbers confirm. 0.97 skid and never searching for traction.

Can't wait to see the numbers on a 700 lb lighter M3. Wonder if they can tune the engine a little to avoid this initial lag before that comes out.
