Told you… same issue I had. I'm still waiting for parts for the shop to start my job. First it was waiting for Geico to inspect the car. And then the parts missing… what a pain the neck!
Geico pulled the same crap with me. Then they tried to go with aftermarket parts on the repair but fortunately mine is at a BMW certified shop so they had to go with the right parts. Geico tried to skim $12k off the repair cost. Leaving those clowns asap.
