Had the same issue. I also only saw the steam when stopped at a traffic light. Turns out a coolant hose (small thin one coming from the plastic reservoir) had a slight leak when hot. It would leak by the radiator. Coolant would seep out and vaporize causing what looked like steam coming out of front grill. A quick check would be to look at the hoses by the radiator. If they are discolored that might be it. You can clean your coolant hoses, drive for a few days and see what happens. Almost 100% sure that is your issue. It never dripped when cold or was obvious if you weren't looking for it so I'm not surprised dealer didn't see anything.
