Test drove the X4MC and loved it. I currently have an M4C and I drive it with suspension in ‘Sport’ most of the time as I very much like the ‘connected’ feel it gives. People talk about an overly firm ride on British B roads but if a car with the M4’s or X4M’s performance encounters a major dip in the road while you’re enjoying a sporty drive, that firmness is what prevents you from driving through rather than past the scenery.
