The door trim pieces each have two small screws holding them on from behind the door panel. The guides posted around here suggest removing the entire door panel to access, but I found it very doable if you just pry off the top half of the panel. There is enough flex in the door panel that it's pretty easy to access the door trim screws that way. Way easier and quicker than removing the entire door panel! Hope that helps- thanks for the bump!
