I am also waiting for my new X4 M40i black sapphire!-ordered in central EUROPE!! I ordered car on Aprils fools day! Car went to status 165 - in transit from plant of manufacture to port of departure on 1st June. I asked my dealer two days ago what is the status and he wasnt able to confirm when exactly will i get the car since the car isnt scanned at the port of arrival yet.. its 3 weeks since the production and i dont know when to expect the delivery.. I feel that we in Europe pay at least 30% higher price for a new car with a shit customer service compared to USA market. I cant track my car with VIN...
Do you guys know how long does it take for a car to be shipped to EUROPE after it was released to sales? Are bmws at port of arrival shipped on a truck directly to distributor automatically via BMW own logistics trucks or does every distributor organizes truck delivery by themselves?
