I erred. The tire size is actually:

Front Wheels: Pirelli PZero RUN FLAT 245/40R20 RSC tires (tire pressure 32psi)
Rear Wheels: Goodyear Eagle F1 Run On Flat 275/35R20 (tire pressure: 38psi)
