There are some parts I'd consider saving money on by using other manufacturers, but brake pads are not on that list.
I have considered that some manufacturers don't have a premium standard to live by. We're not talking a pair of tennis shoes claiming to be a top quality while actually made by an inferior manufacturer, we're talking brake pads.
I drive a BMW because of the premium standard that my X4 M40i is built to, else i'd have considered a Jeep or something.
