tried to add weather band radio, coded in BDC_BODY
RADIO_WEATHERBAND - aktiv
thought I would get a new choice for the weather band? (I didn't)
be nice to assign a button to instant local weather in that monotone voice? - "winds southwest 8-12 knots"........
