I took LCI-pre LCI headlight comparison images this morning while answering a question @Tricky401 raised about cornering lights in a thread recently (

Tim@codemybimmer discussed in post# 184 illuminates the cornering angle when the steering wheel is turned ~180 degrees and occurs in Park, Reverse, and Drive. The pre-LCI's mechanical unit is more graded as it seems to start turning with steering wheel input, not as much "on or off" as the LCI's system (at least on my brief assessment this morning). Both work fine IMO and functionally I don't sense much of a difference between these approaches, although the garage door views seem to suggest the LCI has a sharper demarcation than the older tech.
