I have a BMW maintenance manual.
So I studied the maintenance manual, and as a result I found a short. The important thing is that the customer has found a problem that BMW Korea has to find. They still don't know what the defect is. So it's very frustrating. I just hope that an apology and compensation will be made as soon as possible. |
Any electrician in da hause to confirm the find? Is the burn legit? I'm curious to see where this goes.
OP, I take it that photo is your proof and have you started a lawsuit? Are lawyers willing to take the case? Normally if the compensation is not worthwhile to them, then it will be hard if not next to impossible to make a case.
Also is the tv news that covered your story a nationally reputable one?
