"Performance" gains are indeed minimal. I put filters in from IND just for fun and I noticed maybe a hint more sound but no real throttle gain. At 503hp, it's hard to notice a few added HPs from filters.

^I second this. I threw on some eventuri air filters today while removing the charcoal filters and noticed a bit more sound/pops if anything. no noticeable throttle gain.
