Hi all. I'm hoping to go in next week and negotiate a new X3 M Comp lease deal. Before doing that, I'd like to know the latest March numbers if anyone could kindly share them. 
Specifically,
Base MF
12k Residual
Loyalty and/or Lease Credits
Should I really expect to pay MSRP? (I've got a half dozen dealers within range to shop) and my usual target is 4-5k off MSRP before any incentives on a car in this price range.

I believe residuals stayed the same vs February. MF, on the other hand, is now 0.00158.
