It has been confirmed. All you guys need to buy are the X5M calipers & the corresponding break pads + 4 main bolts. That's it --- ALL PARTS LISTED HERE. The X3M & the X5M even share the same exact rotors. These are essentially the same exact calipers that the F90 M5 & G80 M3 use. But for those cars it mounts to that knuckle / lower strut arm assembly directly. The X5 M calipers however are the only units that come include with the correct Brembo brackets (comes included & mounted with the brand new calipers) to make it all work.
