Aside from the price, getting a hold of the individual pieces is the real headache. Even with Access to bmw parts for cheap.

When I last did the swap I bought a complete wheel just like the one that is being sold here .
I have access to all the individual part numbers and working to become a retailer. Hopefully I'll have access to some of these parts at a cheaper price.
