When tuning an ECU you need to unlock it first. Any vehicle with a build date pre 06/2020 can be OBD unlocked so this is all MY2020 and some MY2021.
Any vehicle that has a post 06/2020 build date, you will need to remove the ECU and ship it to FEMTO to have it unlocked before you can tune the vehicle.
