Are there any new ways to find the part number online, or will I need to call the dealer parts dept to get it? Any tips are appreciated!
You can get a 24hour access to the new TIS for $30 and find all of the parts info (like you are used to in RealOEM):
https://bmwtechinfo.bmwgroup.com/#/login

Enter your vin and search for bumper cover...
It will show you the instructions for how to remove/repair it and the parts list needed.

This is the listing for my 2020 X4MC as an example.
