1. Brought my car in for service now my passenger side pirror pivots downwards when I back up. It is very annoying. How do I stop this from happening.

2. When I first bought my 2017 x3 I bought standard package. Turns out I wasn't to thrilled with the quality of the audio so I exchanged it for the upgraded package. The first x3's mirrors folded in automatically when I turned off the car. The one I have now I have to push the little button if I want them to fold. Is there a way to make them fold automatically?
