165 for me was when it was being transported from the factory to the port of Dalian. When it was put on the boat, it then changed to 195.
Mine finished being built on the 11th of may if I remember correctly, and turned to 165 very quickly. It stayed at 165 until the 5th of June I believe when it was loaded on the boat, which I think is the Phoenix leader. Mine is due for delivery to me on the 1st of August.
