If the MY2020 updates hold to be true, I would personally wait. We are in the same dilemma, and decided to wait as we are flexible with timing. For me the major selling points are OTA system updates (not just map data), and the big one is the updated fueling system in revised B58.
If you aren't planning on adding power later, and are not planning on getting the full digital dash, than there is not really a reason to wait.
