Mine was a top spec ex BMW Managers car with many many extras that I purchased at the 10 month from new point. In fact all services are booked and paid for by BMW and expire on 24 December 2016.

I have tried to include a screenshot to this post. I believe that BMW UK announced that all Pro Nav cars would have free updates sometime during 2015 (to coincide with the F30 LCI). F25/F26 with NBT would be via USB, and those with NBT2 (comes with EBT option) would be OTA.
