Hi All,

Has anyone experienced rear diff leaks on the 2017 x3's?

I noticed oil sweat on the diff when it was on the hoist, has anyone noticed the same and got it fixed or left it as is? if you did get it fixed, how much did it cost you?

If I leave this as is (diff transmission oil sweat/minor leak) what will happen?
I believe there might be a chance of reduced performance?

I will get it checked out by a BMW experienced automotive tech in Ontario, Canada just to be on the safe side, when I go in for my next oil change.

Just curious to see if anyone else has been through this issue... and FYI: my x3 is out of warranty, so I'm forced to get an independent BMW repair shop to have a look.
