I bought my car yesterday, X3 G01 30d professional, have exactly the same problem. My screen shows EVO 2018-3 and it does not update. Using download manager it says Update not possible using USB. In connected drive I do not get the link to download manager, I can only choose region.
I sent an email to connected drive, let's see what I get back...
