If the dash icon is green (ie the system sees the lanes properly and your car is at the right speed), and the vibration warning is already set at maximum, you still felt nothing from the steering wheel while deliberately testing it by riding over the lane line, then a trip back to dealership is warranted. Before you do that though, you may want to ask a friend or relative to test it for you to see if they can sense any vibration from steering wheel. As other had suggested, the vibration can be subtle for some people and interpreted merely as road feedback instead of a deliberate warning.
