ok... so mine was the same way when i first got my x3. just the speed limit. took the car for service and they did the ISO fix latch recall and other fixes and now i have the speed limit and the No passing indicator as well. my car is a US spec model in germany so i get the european signs on my dash board as well as my HUD.
