"Market launch is set for September 2021"
Historically, all dealers have had to abide by BMW NA's time restrictions, with the occasional car or 2 being accidentally released early and the rest being held at dealers or at the VPC. Has happened to me twice over the years, hence an August delivery would be a nice surprise but I'm not holding my breath for it. |
That is the completion date, the date the vehicle rolls off the production line. There is a lot of stuff to do after that.
I expect my car to be delivered to my dealership by end of August, but maybe they hold the sale somewhere…
Regardless, if there is anything that we've learnt is that BMW PR releases are anything but precise.
