It's not the speed but the differential in speed that's the factor here.
I know that's a dampener on this thread but I think this sort of stuff should be left to be on a track

1) Not legal. There is a law that forbids this kind of "unnecessary driving".
2) Not legal and dangerous. "High/Top speed" tourists, that try their hand at driving a car on an open road at more than 100 mph, with no proper training or required/necessary skills. Some died, some were almost maimed in crashes. Some high profile accidents too.
Yeap, that speed differential is dangerous. Would never attempt driving over 100 mph on a 2 lane autobahn with other vehicles present. Every time I drive at 180 or more, I do it on 3 lane autobahn with at least 2 lanes free for miles ahead.
