It's not the speed but the differential in speed that's the factor here.
I know that's a dampener on this thread but I think this sort of stuff should be left to be on a track

I've run at an indicated 160mph on my way through to Cologne a few years back in my M3 it's not an issue, 120mph feels like your wafting along.
The driving standards are high on the Autobahn in my experience.
