The transmission with iDrive in comfort and the lever on M/S is actually my favorite transmission setup aside from going full manual. The exhaust burbles are perfect for my taste and engine response is plenty good for my everyday driving.

I highly recommend coding sport individual to be your default drive mode and playing with the settings. Try different configurations for a day or two at a time and I think you'll find something that meets your needs.
Thanks. Useful info. But to clarify, is transmission sport in sport individual the same as S on the gear lever? Or do modes still stack like my current car? In other words if transmission is set to sport in sport individual will pushing the lever to S do anything more? I have a 30d on order so exhaust pops and ASD aren’t going to be a thing.

I often think it’s be nice to be able to push one button on my 4 and have all systems in full sport mode. Also, is there a Sport and Sport individual mode?
