except.... that's not what is selling right now.... You dont build products people dont want... it's kind of a simple business model. You build what people want and you add features other competitors do not have to set yourself apart. a very very small few would buy an M supercar. Why would they spend all that development on a car that even YOU wouldnt (couldn't) buy? |
BMW spent eternity to develop i8, because everything it had, had to be engineered from the scratch, it costs over 100k and people buy it, I think it will cost way less to develop Supercar, simply use existing Engine and Drivetrain and build lightweight body around it, ie M8 GTE
