How very weird, so soon after posting this, my status on the Lex portal changed to 'Sign Payroll Instruction Form' which I did promptly, status on the Lex portal is now 'Ordered ETA Stock'
Fingers crossed that means order has been placed and at the price before price increase, time will tell.
