just followed up this seeing what is happening, the judge cleared the way and told BMW they have a case to answer. I am sure i am not allowed to post link on website where you can view some of the details for Case No. 2:17*-cv-07386.

The people opening the case, are demanding BMW to make an official recall and fix all BMW timing chains regardless of status and to refund peoples money who have been affected by this..... BMW gave extended warranty however they knew it would not be enough. Timing chains are basically supposed to last a lot longer than a rubber belt (which is common knowledge and why people like a chain, saves on maintenance costs in long run)
